Platform direction

From the image
to the idea.

VisionSlice is software in development. Its internal work spans tissue-image analysis, data analysis, and molecular construct planning.

Internal development

Imaging

Tissue-image analysis & generic tissue detection

Internal development covers tissue-image analysis, generic tissue detection, regions and masks, measurements, and exports. These tools support working with tissue images and reviewing selected regions.

In development. No public release is announced.

Internal development

Processing & Bench Assays

Data analysis, statistics, graphs & figures

Internal development covers supported data analysis and statistical methods, graphs, and figure preparation. The focus is on connecting data tables, analysis choices, and the figures used to communicate results.

Bench Assays & Validation

Internal workflows include qPCR, ELISA, plate-reader, and blot data analysis. Validation tools support software robustness and sensitivity review; they do not establish clinical or general biological validity.

Internally integrated workflows. No public release is announced.

Internal prototype

Molecular Engineering

Construct Builder

Construct planning, sequence records, construct variants, and sequence comparison are implemented in an internal prototype. Work remains limited to supported workflows and does not establish experimental validity.

Internal prototype. No public release is announced.

Scope & availability

Clear about what is ready.

A product direction is not
a release announcement.

No publicly released application is announced here. Imaging, Processing, and Bench Assays & Validation are in internal development. Construct Builder is an internal prototype.

Released
A capability confirmed as available for public use. No capabilities are listed in this category yet.
Internal development
Software implemented or evaluated internally. This includes the internal workflows and Construct Builder prototype described above; it does not imply public access.
Planned
An intended capability whose completion is not established. Planned work is not presented as implemented; no delivery dates are promised.

Model evaluation does not establish an improved or validated replacement. No tissue-detection improvement or replacement claim is made here.
