Internal development covers tissue-image analysis, generic tissue detection, regions and masks, measurements, and exports. These tools support working with tissue images and reviewing selected regions.

Data analysis, statistics, graphs & figures
Internal development covers supported data analysis and statistical methods, graphs, and figure preparation. The focus is on connecting data tables, analysis choices, and the figures used to communicate results.
Bench Assays & Validation
Internal workflows include qPCR, ELISA, plate-reader, and blot data analysis. Validation tools support software robustness and sensitivity review; they do not establish clinical or general biological validity.

Construct Builder
Construct planning, sequence records, construct variants, and sequence comparison are implemented in an internal prototype. Work remains limited to supported workflows and does not establish experimental validity.
